  Clear concise instructions prior to arrival. Everything was just as stated on the descriptions together with photos of the property. Just wow for a great weekend. We didn't want to leave. It was our intention to go out on the Saturday evening....we didn't as we wanted to enjoy the property and all it had to offer. Amazing and thank you so so much. Looking forward to saving up for our next visit.

  Helpful staff at all points. Good, flexible breakfast options, lovely views on the loch side. Recent refurb looks really smart. Decent pub food next door.

  Outdoor landscaping is in progress, so the terrace on the lochside isn't currently very attractive, though it promises to be wonderful, once it's finished.

  Location was great and room was comfortable and spacious, with all the facilities you'd expect and very clean too.

  Key code supplied to get the keys didn't work and had to call to get a new code. TV signal reception wasn't good (unwatchable) for standard terrestrial channels (BBC, etc), bathroom sink was partially blocked and slow to drain, and lastly one bath towel for 2 people wasn't realistically enough, but luckily I had brought a spare one with me.

  The property was in a lovely location, not too far to walk out to anywhere. Although pretty dated.

  I had to move rooms as the first room that we were given (and how nobody had noticed) had the ceiling tiles falling down right near the door. Although we were swapped over rooms I found the second room to be very dated in terms of decor. The air conditioning unit within the room kept on cutting out also. But I had already moved rooms so didn’t really want to trouble anybody with anything g else. Also when having a shower, the water kept on going hot and then back to temperature again. Which made it not a pleasant experience.

  When we came out the room there were workmen and a a cloud of dust as we walked by and we were on our way out which was a shame. Prices for meals and drinks were quite high.

  The room partitions are very thin so noise from other guests was inevitable. On-site parking was a lottery as usually full with non resident dog walkers on the nearby Tarka trail. Decoration of room needs improving, many plaster cracks.
