Great location, just a short walk away from the front. Nee and Ash were very friendly and helpful from the get go made the stay for me and my friends very enjoyable and comfortable. Rooms were very clean as was the hotel. The breakfast provided the next morning was lovely and freshly cooked, I would definitely stay again.

Hotel has no card machine so have to pay for your stay in cash, not a negative just a heads up for future travelers.

Comfortable beds and rooms. Great dinner and breakfast. Though bike storage facilities could maybe be improved, staff were very helpful in providing us with (improvised) secure storage for five bikes and mats for dirty shoes. The pub is in a beautiful location next to a church and the village square.

Great stay central 2 Belfast City Centre, Nite life + Bars. Belfast is very busy City with a Fantastic Choice off Eateries, Shops + the Tantinic Experience Also open air bus tours. Brilliant time Had tnks.

We liked the amenities, the restaurant, the excellent breakfast, and proximity to airport. Getting to our terminal was very easy in a taxi.

We are a married couple and expected a double room. We got two single beds.. They would not give us a receipt. They didn't seem to like that we used Booking.com as they wouldn't find us another room and treated us as second party.

Parking on site and easy walk into the city. The shower was hot and powerful.

The en-suite was tiny and the basin was the smallest I've ever seen. The curtains were only single width and barely covered the windows and some of the hooks were missing so they didn't close properly. The hooks on the doors were held on with sticky pads and fell off when anything was hung on them. There was nowhere to dry the wet towels. The kitchen was really filthy with washing up that had been left for days by other guests, dirty worktops and the cooker was too filthy to use - a health hazard! It all reminded me of student accommodation. One of the other 'guests' turned the washing machine on at 5.30am keeping us awake. My partner had to go and turn it off on the wall to stop the noise. There was a very unpleasant incident which took place on the second and third nights of our stay involving a young woman staying at the property and resulted in a total refund. On a positive note the owner was very cooperative, apologetic and did not hesitate in providing a full refund.

IMPORTANT POINT THAT IS NOT MADE CLEAR- YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ALCOHOL OR FOOD INTO YOUR ROOM!! This is not made clear anywhere before booking and I think it’s an important thing to mention, we were made aware once we had paid for and were checking in to the hotel. If we knew about this before hand we would not have booked, we booked this hotel for a romantic weekend away which we would have liked to have included a bottle of wine without feeling like a criminal. The hotel was clean and tidy but room was pretty small. The outside looks a bit rough but once inside it’s fine. We had ladder propped up outside our window and in the morning had some builder climbing up past our window at 10am. Overall the hotel was nice but would not stay again due to ridiculous rules put in place.

The apartment was the worst we ever stayed in we had no TV remote,the washing machine flooded the whole floor we had to use the towels and blankets to try and dry it,there was no mop/brush.We had to wait all day before anyone came to check it and it meant we had no way to dry it and put daughter who has a disability wasn't able to go into the room as it wasnt safe it was slippy we had to keep her between the two bedrooms and that was difficult for her.I asked to b moved but they said there was nowhere available.Under one of the beds was all rubbish and a vape under the other.I contacted them to complain and to be reimbursed for this as it was a disgraceful place and also the way we were treated especially as it was unsafe for our daughter and i also asked for TV to b replaced which they didn't.They said we left it too late to put in a complaint but thats not true they also said i didnt contact them when this all happened which is lies as I sent a pic of the phone calls on my phone on that day.I hope yous can help as this ruined our daughters holiday and ours.I look forward to hearing from yourselfs bernie
