The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location was perfect, directly beside a bus stop, and also a walking distance from the underground train stations. The neighbourhood was excellent, peaceful and welcoming. Easy-to-follow access and entrance instructions to the apartment. The apartment was very neat, ambient, stylishly furnished and comfortable with exciting balconies. The beds were comfortable and neat. The kitchen had everything we needed. A dream place to be, I will certainly be lodging there again whenever I am in London and I recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to spend time in London

Nothing to complain about except the slightly laborious booking verification process but it was worth all the effort of the amazing ambience that awaited us.

The hotel was easy access to the M3 and the staff where excellent. Bed was comfortable, but our room was situated at the top of the stairs so you could hear people stopping and talking, but that didn't really bother us. Just had a couple of drinks there but no food so can't comment on that. Petrol station right along side. Will definitely stay again when we head South again.

Great Location for visiting London Restaurants just next to the Hotel The size of the room, for a single room was pretty good for london, but far away from calling it "suite"...

The room wasn´t clean at all. It is dusty all around the carpet and you better don´t look to the wall around the bed or even the bed-cover :-( , really disgusting! You better not want to use the telephone or the kettle, didn´t even want to touch it... It isn´t like a real hotel its more like diffrent appartment buildings and the reception is in one of the buildings. You then have to leave that building and go to one of the other buildings where the rooms are located. if it´s that expensive, just renovate the rooms and hold them clean then you might get better reviews and happy customer!

The host mistakenly checked me into the wrong room, and in the middle of the night, the previous guest returned and used the entry code to open the door. It was a horrible experience. After discussing the situation with the other guest, we realized that they had not checked out. The room cleaners had merely made the bed and emptied the trash can, placing the guest's clothes under the quilt. The host then gave me the room number and entry code. I hadn't noticed anything left behind initially. That night, I slept on a bed with unchanged sheets that had blood stains on them, which made me extremely anxious about safety. Additionally, there are only two parking spaces available. When parking on the street, it was very crowded and congested with many cars. The host was very impatient and only answered her phone the first time I called when I was trying to enter the property. When further issues arose with the room, she refused to answer my calls. The previous guest called her, and she even questioned me about how I entered the room, despite it being her mistake for giving me the wrong room number and entry code. Upon checking out, I emailed and messaged her, hoping she could explain the mistake. However, I never received any response from her.

I thought I had booked a double bed room, but there were twin beds. It would be good if there was a tissue box. I paid extra 10 pounds for a window, but the size of the window wasn't worth it.

Cheap and straightforward.

Collecting the keys required extra walking — a pain with luggage — and meant that we were constantly having to work out who had the key. An additional key, or a combination box outside the property would have been much more flexible for us. Given that the property don't allow under 18s, I would think this will be a frustration for a fair proportion of guests.
