From checking in until our departure, everything was perfect. The location of the house was most acceptable. Provision of essentials was a bonus, down to milk sachets for a most welcome coffee on arrival! My grandson loved the peacocks & had a favourite, whom he named Dave!

Central location to Cotswolds attractions. Great food, including breakfast. Staff very polite and welcoming Loved the gardens to sit and relax. Spacious room, with plenty of storage for luggage. Ample car parking at rear of property. Highly recommend this hotel 👌

Room was more spacious than I had expected. Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect for where I had to be the next morning and very close to food outlets and a short walk to the Arndale Centre

The check in is quick and easy. The property location is ideal as it is a small walk to the city centre. The complex is secure. The apartment is very spacious.

The shower is not great as the pressure is poor and also it is dangerous getting in and out as the bath is quiet steep. There was a 150 pound deposit on check in also which was not mentioned whilst booking.

The 2 things my husband and I did have a problem with is the toilet was down stairs from the bedroom, as he had a hip replacement 4 weeks prior to staying there. And the sink in that shower/toilet room was too small to wash your hands, let alone shave in it. As there were 2 couples, we had to have the room without the en suite. Everything else was perfect. Thank you
