  Really good location to Finsbury Park tube station to get to White Hart Lane, local pubs and eateries. It's a great budget hotel with a nice little breki, polite and hardworking staff.

  Not going to complain at the price I paid for a group of 20 enjoying a weekend of rugby finals in London, where all we needed was somewhere to sleep and shower.

  Location, for a night it was fine. Room looked ok at night, worse in the day light.

  Size of room and shape. Sloping floor so Sloping bed and mattress. Tv at awkward angle above door and bathroom door that wouldn't close easily, just not your best . However location in london very central.

  The hotel was set in the beautiful town of Beaulieu and was in a great location.

  Bathroom was quite small and shower had one setting which meant the water went all over the floor which would make the whole bathroom wet. Service at breakfast wasn’t good - I asked several times for toast and then in the end left my poached eggs as the toast never arrived and by the time I’d waited my eggs were cold. I emailed prior to our visit as we were staying for a special occasion and asked whether something could be arranged to help us celebrate (was happy to pay) they emailed to say this would be fine but then nothing was arranged. I couldn’t follow up whilst there as was with my partner and it was a surprise for her. When we checked out they charged us for breakfast despite paying for breakfast with our booking. On the Booking.com app it is not clear that when you pay an additional fee for breakfast it is only a continental breakfast you are paying for (this is clear on the website but not the app)
