We very much enjoyed the attention, care and friendliness of the staff. They took really good care of us during our stay. The family room and our beds were superb quality as was our breakfast. We loved our room that much that when the weather was really nasty one day, we just spent the day in our room.

The condensation on the windows in the morning. We dried them off in the morning and opened the windows to let in some fresh air and that usually was enough to solve it for the rest of the day. Unfortunately the weather was too cold to keep them ajar during the night.

The location is excellent right on the seafront. You do have to find your own parking, which was quite busy. We didnt have breakfast there as we wanted to try the cafe on the end of the pier which was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds in this hotel are wonderful.

It was well presented. Modern and reasonably comfortable. Was delighted we could have our little dogs with us. The location was absolutely perfect!

In an ideal world it would have a second toilet. Was with two teenage daughters and so an extra loo with a mirror would have helped a lot! I would have liked a mirror in the main bedroom upstairs. The cutlery draw was a mystery to be solved by the whole family!!

The king size bed was very uncomfortable because it was too short (I am 189cm tall) so I had to sleep in a embrion position. I also found long dark hair on the bedsheet so I doubt if it was washed after previous guests. Wet stains on walls in our room (we had C room the one with bunk bed + king size bed) and the worst thing about our stay was the moisture and muld ugly smell in our room which was unbearable - to be honest such apartments should be forbidden from rental (very unhealthy environment) and I am surprised that in a rich country and city such as London, with a relatively very high rental price you are offered such poor estates. Why does the owner not reinvest portion of his profits to modernize the hydralic instalation + building isolation? In Poland in Krakow or Gdańsk you get 3 times cheaper apartments for rental with a much much higher quality. I guess in London there is a general problem with too little supply of private owned apartments for rental so no big competition which would motivate the owners to modernize their properties. Most of the estates are bought and owned by Blackrock and Vanguard creating a kind of monopoly and leaving little room for private investors. In Poland on the other hand 99% of apartments for rental are owned by private individual owners so, there is a huge range of accomodation to choose from and generally the competition is enormous so in the end you get a hig value for money relation.

Breakfast was served 9:00-9:30. We needed an earlier breakfast, which was catered for, but couldn’t be guaranteed by the host. Little option for vegans.

Was very disappointed with no lift as stairs was a problem as I have a heart problem. The breakfast was disappointing no selection of bread just given sour bread.
