Positive section of review
The hotel is exceptionally located, very close to the Tower Hill, one of the major attractions for any tourist in London. It is 2 minutes away from the London tube and 3 minutes way from bus stations. I also had the most amazing view from my room window with the Tower Bridge in all its splendour! Staff was excellent, very prompt and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. Special thanks to Robert for his amiable approach!

The room was nice and comfy. It was clean but it could be cleaner, I'm personaly satisfied with overall experience. The staff was really kind and ready to help. The underground train stations are near so a great location, you can be in central london in like 20mins.

the room service only emptied the trash and tidied up a little bit but didn't make the bed. I'm used that the bed is made by room service staff in other hotels that I visited. And one thing that could be a problem to someone is that the toilet wasn't flushed when we got our room so there was urine visible, everything else was tidied and cleaned so I didn't request a new room but just to point it out.

The place was ok apart from the ants all over the place I think they should let people know if they have got ants allover especially when I'm takin my kids and it took ages to get my deposit!

We stayed in the old part, mainly ok, but the room was “tired” and definitely needed an update. The shower was inadequate. We would have benefited from some kind of bedside cabinet on both sides of the bed - nowhere to balance my cup of tea in the morning!

Cozy and homely, good facilities, comfy bed. Lots of artwork and trinkets to give it a magical touch. Clean and comfortable.

I'm a light sleeper so could have done with thicker curtains in the bedroom. WiFi a bit hit and miss. Overall a lovely stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

the rooms were missing items such as windowhandles no mugs or tea facilities no bathroom toilertries or a mirror they tried us in 2 rooms both tvs didnt work and things always missing decor is unkempt no bar facilities either lift temporamental no bath towels either
