Loved the shower, and the bed was so comfy. Staff were very friendly, offering little things. For breakfast, I ordered a poached egg and was served fried I said nothing as don't like a fuss, but the waitress who took order came over and wanted to change it for me as noticed I had wrong item. I thought it was lovely, she noticed. Attention to detail goes a long way. I didn't change it as I don't like food wasted but it was lovely she noticed it.

Lots of nature on the doorstep. Woods were beautiful. Farm animals and horses lovely to have around. Cottage was clean and well decorated. Great size bed. Home made scones left for us were much appreciated -yummy

Shower room bit small especially for a 4 person cottage-and no windows so it smelt a bit damp. We could not get towels dry during the day so the dampness got worse. The vent needed to be bigger. Unfortunately -and these things happen-the boiler broke on day 3 so we had no hot water or heating. We were offered use of a hot shower in the main house, which was kind, however a bit of an outdoor trek. We were getting quite wet and muddy with the weather so no hot water was not great. Could do with bit more crockery and cutlery. Stone garden not our thing

The building is very nice and it’s located in a good area, which is lovely, 10 minutes right from the center of the old city

When we arrived, we asked for assistance with our luggage, due to the fact that one of us has accessibility problems. The staff refused to help and the hotel is completely not accessible, we were put in the third floor, and there are so many stairs, and those stairs would not qualify for any standard We asked for assistance in how to reach the stadium because we were going to See a show, and they just didn’t know how to help us In addition, the room was clearly neglected, the top of the bed is scratched. The Price charged for the breakfast is not reasonable in other hotels during this vacation we got considerably better offers

Worn out, uncomfortable bed mattress. Rather grim room. Cardboard breakfast bacon and sausages. Toilet I had to flush with a hairbrush handle. Bar shut at10.30.
