Brilliant location. We chose the room on the top floor on the right and we had an unrestricted view of the sea. There was a comfortable sofa placed in front of the window so we could enjoy it. (The view) The room itself was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Shower/toilet was very clean and well stocked. There was ample room for clothes etc and a good sized TV. There were 31 stairs leading to the top floor but the hosts offered to carry our cases up. There are only 5 rooms in the property so you were well looked after. Breakfast was fabulous and included options for dietary needs. (Gluten Free). Cricceith is an excellent base to explore the region. We visited Portmerion, Beddgelert and the beach at Porthor. All easily accessible. We were able to park our car outside the property or at the car park directly opposite. (A free pass is available from the hosts on request.)

Nothing really. There was some scaffolding erected on the building to the side of the B&B but this is only temporary and did not effect our enjoyment of our stay. (April 2024)

Breakfast was delicious, all cooked fresh to order, plus fruit and cereals, tea, coffee, juice. There was plenty of choice too, from full English to pancakes to eggs on toast. The room was really spacious, with two armchairs, a wardrobe and a dresser, as well as the bed and bedside tables. It was comfy and very clean. The bathroom was clean and a good size. Tracey was lovely - she was friendly and checked in with us about our stay several times. Check in and out were both nice and easy. Parking was on street, but it was easy to find a space right outside and there is a simple permit system. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Its a stunning hotel inside and outside, Rooms are a little less modern to some hotels we've stayed at but clean and compared to rest of hotel. Beautiful venue, Stairway is stunning! Our friend got married here and it was really lovely. Loved that parking was included also and not charged. Don't like it when hotels do that.

Very nice room with a superb view. The bed was very comfy, and the the size of the TV was as big as any I have ever seen in a hotel room. Having use of the swimming pool was very enjoyable. Friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent value for money.

According to the brochure handed to us, wi-fi was only free to paying customers if one was member or became a member of their loyalty programme. Only at checkout we found out that there is in fact a password to bypass this and access the wi-fi without having to enrol in their loyalty programme. I wish this had been made clear to us on arrival.

The fact you had to pay for parking - you have the facility there why charge paying guests. That you have to pay for the pool, it doesn’t state this on the website. Exterior - looks grotty but inside lovely. Breakfast - ran out of lots, then had to wait 20 mins for eggs, had to ask for sauces, and when we asked the waitress stayed in the kitchen until the product was ready so couldn’t find anyone.
