Clean, comfortable and convenient this place ticks all the boxes. Hosted by a great guy who went above and beyond for us during our stay. Right opposite the train station, just a stroll from the beach and great food right next door in the Quays. I'll certainly be back and would highly recommend.

Property was quite dated and furniture had stains on them. Room service number not working (waited on the line for 15minutes) and number to contact reception not working. Staff did not respect the do not disturb sign and interrupted and nearly walked in the room - huge violation of privacy. Card machine was not working during breakfast for payment - staff not trained on the reason for error and tried to blame customers - I had to explain that it was due to loss of internet and pointed out that this was clearly stated on the reason for failure on the receipt which was then confirmed by a more senior member of staff. Payed in reception and they did not know the price for breakfast so was charged two different amounts for the two different days. The whole atmosphere among staff showed lack of training and confidence and lack of knowledge on the basics.
