Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  A home away from home, we felt so welcome and not just another guest checking in. The hosts knew our name and even filled the fridge with non-essential items just for the kids. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Beds were comfy, soft clean sheets. There were more than enough freash towels provided for our stay, even a baby towel left for our youngest hanging on a cot made up for him with a teddy bear making it extra cosy. Very close to a number of lovely beaches & nature reserves, Shopping retail Parks, a pharmacy and some nice pubs. Parking is free and secure behind locked gates plus cctv. The room was a decent size for the four of us. It had everything we needed for the weekend.

  Ralph's was impeccable overall. What a treasure of a hotel offering par excellence accommodation with staff to match. The breakfast choice is thoroughly fine, cooked beautifully using quality product. Our king room was well appointed, very clean, had a superbly comfortable well dressed bed and the en suite walk-in shower was simply fabulous. Our host Lynne and her staff were charming and most helpful in every way.

  Good location, some areas in need of a spruce. Outside area good for a drink if weather permits.

  One of the lifts was being repaired, took an age for the other to arrive at busy times. Staff at the bar were not the greatest at busy times ie they had no idea who was next in line, a manager flitting around and not helping at all wasn’t the best advert. Most importantly they forgot to tell us you needed a code for discounted NCP parking before we’d paid.
