Julius was a great host. We did not arrive until late our first night. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The flat was spotless and fresh, and a lot of thought has gone into providing a comfortable environment. Everything you need is at hand, and the flat is in a very peaceful, quiet location. We had a nice chat with Julius and it is obvious that he has put his heart into this. I would have no hesitation recommending his flat to anyone, and I will definitely stay there again myself. Location : superb overlooking the Thames on 7th floor 15 min walk to Clapham junction and 5 minutes from Thames plantation wharf for Uber boat. Well appointed clean apartment with all amenities and modern bathroom and shower . Washing machine and dishwasher, Nescafe coffee machine. Excellent security and felt safe in the area. Heliport right next door so there is a little air traffic noise but not excessive

Key collection was a bit of admin with directions to the wrong lock box and delay in getting back to us while we waited outside for new instructions- the prior lock box was vandalised and could not access the keys whereas new lockbox was around the corner. No inventory or snag list from admin so had to send the issues via email.

Great location meaning we were able to take advantage of discounted parking and could walk everywhere. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and airy ( tall ceilings). Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we were to return. Must mention Brian, the doorman of the club downstairs, who was very friendly and helpful.

It felt homely, I loved the style and decor and little touches that host has prepared; it has made us feel very welcome, THANK YOU. The property sits in the picturesque and tranquil place that offers the most beautiful views from the lounge window. You can just lose yourself in the beauty and peaceful surroundings of the nature.

First of all - the hotel is lovely!! And we loved the marina and the view. The room was lovely and spacious too. There was one tall blonde guy who was fairly new (As he told us) who was outstanding and we would like him to be thanked as he went above and beyond to smile and to be polite to us.

On the main front reception desk, there was a dark haired man who was extremely rude! He was rude to all of the guests asking questions before we even checked in. We felt like we were nothing but a nuisance. He even embarassed a man by telling him loudly in the main area "Your card has been declined" and looked almost angry. Its just disgraceful behaviour and we would like him to be picked up on this. We were also told to arrive to check in at 12pm but we were not able to check in until 1:40pm, we were late for our booking in brighton too because of this. Other than this - we did enjoy our stay!
