Perfect spot to enjoy Bowness. Right in town on a quiet side street, a few steps from eateries and shops. A flight of stairs to apartment, which is placed on 2 floors, with a well equipped kitchen living dining, and spacious bedrooms above, sharing a bathroom. Highly recommended.

Our trip was celebrating my wife's 60th Birthday. The location of the apartment was very central to everything and public transport was amazing, something we are not familiar with in Ireland. Your recommendation for places to eat were spot on, "Amazing Food".

Really only one thing, the constant hum of the motor which I'm guessing was air to water pump was a bit loud found it hard to sleep.

very comfortable, lovely location, easy check-in, plenty of space, everything you needed except internet did not work and apparently that is due to a limited Internet supply for each room!

Everything perfect except for the lack of Internet, which is so important these days. Could not watch catch up tv and had to vacate early to have a Zoom call elsewhere which I had planned to have the privacy of the room. If you get your Wi-Fi Internet sorted, it will be a five star stay. thank you.

Cheap & cheerful, excellent value & location near Swindon rail station. Plenty of space in the room & bathroom. Generous breakfast.

The room had an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke, which is ingrained in the carpet & soft furnishings. I could cope (just) but someone with allergies maybe not. The hotel has only recently re-opened to the public, and is very much a work in progress, but maybe the pricing structure reflects this transition period and suits the budget conscious traveller.

Quiet hotel/pub in a peaceful location. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is incredibly old, the rooms are tiny and poorly maintained. We booked the executive room which is the most expensive option and looked new and modern in the pictures. I assure you it is not. This is a 2 max 3 star hotel. Worst hotel I've experienced in central London.
