Was in a good location for us as a pass through for the night, clean comfortable, great shower and updated ensuite, tea coffee biscuits and water in the room as well as robe and slippers ,great breakfast for the price as was the room. The host was fantastic and even washed the bird poo off our car after my husband asked for a bucket and sponge to do it himself!!! The property is lovely if we come back this way again would not hesitate to stay there.

Everything - such beautiful grounds, and beautiful building. The staff were warm and welcoming, breakfast was delightful, and being able to grab a drink at the bar and relax in the bar was marvellous.

Location close to Victoria Station and easy walk to Hyde Park and beyond. Hotel was beautiful with spacious quiet rooms breakfast was excellent.

The food was minimal, said on the webpage that the chef had been trained by Gorden Ramsey, but there was no food at night time only bar menu. Had to find somewhere else to have a evening meal. There was no beer on tap when we arrived as they had a problem. The room was large but the bed was tiny and not very comfortable. We also was below a family with kids that were running around with squeaky floorboards.

The room was clean. Location was good.

The breakfast lacked choice. Needs a wider variety of options eg toast, bacon etc. Dining area and reception combined wasn't a good idea. Not enough space, especially at breakfast time which clashed with people going out for the day. The room where we stayed also felt cramped. Only one pillow per person and the bed felt more like a single bed. Noise from outside at night was horrible. Curtains didn't close properly to block out street lights. Tea and coffee making facilities would be a bonus. Not value for money at all, even by London standards. We'll be coming back to London again soon but we won't be stopping with you - sorry.
