The place was beautiful, the staff were absolutely wonderful very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, with a nice view from the bedroom. The shower was also incredible, we wanted to take it with us 😂 Thank you for having us, the pub is also lovely, very nice food and very pretty/relaxing ambience inside. We expected to go to Penrith for the evening but couldn't get a taxi, they squeezed us in to eat too. Thanks again for that too 😁 Very good value for money.

The only criticism i would give, is the bed was quite old and uncomfortable and did not have the best night sleep. However this is easily fixed. However, for all the positives we had we would definitely come stay again!

location was great very nice city center with lot of shops and restaurants. Would I go back again? would definitely look at other places for a similar price.

in the rules of the room, it was said that the door of the shower cabin should be closed well so as not to get the room wet, but the door itself did not work and it was good that we could hold the door for each other. What to do for those who remain alone?

- No working WIFI - Breakfast was chaotic and spent more than 1 hour at the breakfast table. Wasn't a buffet, but a normal menu. The guests were helping out one another - Still far from city centre - Expensive for what it was

The room was noisy, the radiator was making a banging noise constantly, i did ring reception but they said that the heating will go off at midnight so it should stop , it stopped at 2am .

The day before arrival I was contacted and asked to swap apartments due to the one I had booked having a leaking roof. I swapped despite the new apartment being offered did not have x2 en-suites (which is one of the reasons I booked it in the first place). When we went to get ready for our evening out it came to light that the new apartment had No hot water despite having all relevant switches on! The 4 of us had to have cold showers before a night out. Not good! I contacted booking.com via chat the following morning as by the time we realised we didn’t have time to complain on the evening of arrival. I would have expected some element of refund but nothing offered and was just told that the shower had been fitted the day before and the installers must of installed incorrectly.
