Positive section of review
The hotel is in a very good location: central with many restaurants and the subway nearby in a peaceful neighborhood. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. The mattresses are rather hard.

The rooms are very small. If you're out all day and only come back to in the evening, that's fine. The rooms are ring-shaped. If you spend four nights in the hotel, the breakfast becomes monotonous over time.

Location is great for West Cambridge and has good access to central city via buses. The accommodation is excellent with clean, comfortable rooms and contemporary ambience. Friendly, welcoming staff on reception.

Reception area is a bit cramped, noisy and dark and it would be possibly be better to have more adequate lighting so that he check in desk is easily visible for those with sight problems. Parking is available but not easy to locate at first.

Location was very good, close by to supermarket, tube and restaurants. Quiet area! Nice outdoor space.

The apartment has not deep cleaned for a long time. There was dust on the floor, wardrobe, windows and blinds. There were some insects by the bed and carpet. I found 3 hairs on my beddings and same hair oi n the shower. Not sure if beddings were changed! The kitchen cabinets and kitchen floor were not clean.

It was dirty the bedding had stains on it the curtains had mould on them it smelt of cigarettes the decking was covered in green algae the blinds were broken bedding thrown in cupboards £90 for a night a joke ( we had to go to Blackpool to bring my husband home from hospital ) an absolute disgrace if my review does anything I hope that NO ONE stays in dump

It was rated as 4* but it is far from it. The room is very tired, you can hear everything from people in the next room even when they were using the toilet. The building looks nothing the photos. You check in at a different building that looks 4* and then go over to the lodge and it is totally different. My son and I didn't stay the night, and decided to drive nearly 3 hours home. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
