The room was very clean and comfortable. The setting, close to a busy roundabout, could have led to a noisy room but quite the opposite is the case. Food is typical of this type of hotel but was well cooked and well priced too. Plenty of free parking. The location is outside the main part of the town and may not be so well suited for those wanting to be close to the sea but I wanted easy access to and away from Aberystwyth so the location was great for that.

Location Excellent for Immingham, the room was perfect substantial size and an excellent shower. The breakfast was included in the price however, it did not start till 08.00am. So, the staff put me up a continental style breakfast plate for me which was outside my room for 06.30 the next morning. On the evening, the food was outstanding a good menu, with a delightful selection and brilliant table service. Oh, and the beer was very satisfying.

Great location and clean hotel. Bar is lively, staff very friendly and polite. Only issue was the toilet didn’t flush properly and the heating wouldn’t turn off. Was no instructions for it either. Had to go to reception at midnight for someone to turn it off as we was melting! I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Amazing location, Great staff - Liam was at the reception when we arrived, clean room, Funny corridor floors. :D Good value for money, not super fancy but had great charm as the building is so old.

Water pressure in the shower and very thin walls, you can hear everything when other guests are going through the corridor. Would have liked better coffee.

The property was a bit grotty. It needed decorating. Could have benefited from a microwave also there was not enough cutlery for 4 people to eat. The shower attached to the bath didn’t work and the bath and other shower ran out of hot water very quickly.
