The studio is around the back of a property and is very secure. It has everything needed for an overnight stay and is close to shops and takeaways. I found the bed clean and very comfortable to sleep on. The shower is nice with hot water. There's a fridge, kettle, microwave, oven and everything you find in a kitchen but minimal pots and crockery. I took my own anyway. I would recommend this studio and would stay here again.

The tv only has apps. There is a drainage problem as the water takes ages to drain away. The plug in the kitchen sink needs replacing as its broken. A mirror in the bedroom would be nice.

Having never stayed in a pod before I was intrigued and not disappointed. We thought it was great. Very clean, comfortable and so convenient to be able to park the car right outside. Lovely to be able to wake up to a fab view. Also a good idea having a little area with a fridge, kettle and microwave. All communications and entry details clear and concise too.

I booked a twin/double room with city view. 2 days before checking in, i received a message from the hotel via booking.com that i was assigned a twin room. Upon checking in, they told me my room was in fact a double room. However i told the front desk that i was assigned a twin room. They checked and gave me a twin room at the basement with window. My friend and I went to check the room first as I would never book a Hotel room with no window. Upon looking at the room, we found that it had a door which opened to the outside that had an air well which brought in some light. We reluctantly accepted it. However the next problem was the shower area. There was no glass panel to block the shower area and the toilet seat. What was provided was a short hanging pulling shower curtain. Every time we took a shower, the whole toilet was flooded with water. We didn’t ask the front desk for help because we thought the water will dry up overnight but it didn’t. We had to dry up the whole floor with whatever we can find, bathrobes, towels… you name it we tried it. But the disasters of our stay didn’t end there… on the 2nd day, my friend kicked the little curb on the entrance door mat and fell face flat on the ground... we also found big bugs in the room which were constantly freaking us out. When the front desk personnel came to catch the bugs, we told him about the flooding toilet. We asked him to bring loads of towels in case it happens again. He came back and offered us a breakfast voucher. Surely that isn’t good enough. I’ll leave it to you guys to decide.
