We had a fantastic stay on the weekend. The place was central to our desired location. The property was absolutely stunning, fully furnished and to the highest spec possible! The owners were very helpful and quick in response to any queries we had. The weather was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed the use of the hot tub. Even though there was work being done on the main house, the workers on the house were nothing short of polite and friendly upon arrival and even offered to help unload the car. Highly recommend this stay and would love to stay here again!

Location excellent in the centre of Liverpool to easily walk to most locations. Simple access, Dogs welcomed and breakfast pastries, coffees enough to set off the day. Room spacious, excellent power shower and room cool. Staff were excellent both before arrival advising of local car park within walking distance and discount code. Staff friendly and helpful whilst staying at the hotel.

Bed a little hard but can match everyones expectations and we have memory foam at home.

Breakfast was as indicated; a continental breakfast. The food was mostly good, but the butter was not very nice, tasting almost like margarine. The location was excellent, a 2km walk into the centre of Oxford.

When first walking up to the room, I noticed that the door handle was hanging down and found out that the lock was tricky to operate. On entering the room I nearly fell over, having stood in a hole in the floor, covered by carpet. The television aerial had problems so the picture was intermittent. The fan did not operate in the bathroom. The sealing around the shower was mouldy, as was the ceiling. The toilet seat was loose and would swivel when trying to sit on it. The shower pipe was rusty. The whole experience was very poor and the four stars that it publishes are a joke. It would be lucky to get two stars.

At walking distance from town and central railway station, that was ok. Had an ensuite room, quite spacious. Tea and coffee and a kettle were provided.

The place was dirty. Used raisor blades lying in the bathroom, the shower was dirty, so was the toilet. No toilet paper provided. No hot water in sink or shower. I know this was a low budget choice, but cleanliness is a minimum requirement. Looking at the infrastructure, I wonder if they even are compliant with fire prevention regulations.

Nice big family room with two bedrooms.

Shower pressure very weak. Lacked atmosphere in hotel bar and communal areas. Think was a very quiet weekend.
