It was a great location. The house was very spacious and was great for a family stay in this respect.

The beds were not comfy and could do with new mattresses. Two of us slept downstairs because of this. The cleanliness of the house was not the best. There was dried up sauce stains on some of the kitchen towels, marks on the units and a lot of dust around the house. The tvs around the house were not easy to use and a number didn’t work.

Nothing. The room was cold and pokey with heating that did not work and an owner that did not care.

The heating was not working after a cold, wet day. We had to wait for more than half an hour for the owner to return and turn it on. The owner offered us support for a refund should we leave but subsequently refused to do so. Fortunately we found another place to stay with nice owners who had respect for their guests comfort.

No elevator, it was on fourth floor, so watch out if traveling with heavy bags or family with mobility issues. Place was not bad, but seemed a little nicer on pics

When it came to the cleanliness of my room and the spa facilities the attention to detail is really lacking. The skirting boards and wooden accents on the doors were dusty/dirty. There were stains/splash marks on the walls beside the bed, cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom wasn’t properly clean, the corners of the shower basin and plastic moulding around the shower was really grimy. The wall tiles towards the ceiling were not properly wiped and the sink plug was thick with brown grime. The carpet was stained and had seen better days. The spa facilities were lovely at first glance but the curtain rails were falling, paint had bubbled and peeled on the walls and the silver coating on the beds was rusty and ready for replacement. The pools could also do with being properly cleaned, some tiles had black grime or mold.
