The host was great and was always available for any questions, The apartment could not be better located for all local amenities. I've rented a lot of places in St Andrews over the years I will go back again later this year without hesitation.

Comfortable beds nice size rooms kitchen fully equipped. Living room good size. Decorated light and fresh looking lovely seating area around the back. Bedding comfy and fresh.

Dirty smelly water in the washer. Black mould on the shower head. Dusty in the living area. We booked this property as it was dog friendly. But on arrival read they were not allowed upstairs. Check out 10 am bit early. We were running late when the cleaner knocked on the door she wasn't very friendly. And when we left 25 mins later she was ignorant. However the owner phoned to see how long we were going to be and she was lovely and understanding. Overall a very good stay.

This is a new-build apartment close to a Metrolink station.

Due to the host's issue, he requested us (the guest) to check in early or late instead of the original check-in time from 13:00-15:00. After a long discussion, mutually agreed to check in at around 14:50. However, we arrived at the apartment lobby on time and waited for over 60-min for the landlord's representative to hand over the keys to us. This is unacceptable at all.

At 1:00am there was a high pitched whirring sound that lasted until check out. I could not get any sleep. Also the noise from the traffic is very loud, the rooms have poor sound proofing. This is not a four star hotel. It is being used as a migrant hotel. I would no recommend this hotel to anybody,
