We did not have breakfast. Our stay at Newcastle Hotel Indigo was very good despite what we said about the bed. It was perfectly situated. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and on the whole co.fortable. we often use Hotel Indigo when we take time away. Always good.

Everything. Could not access bathroom due to fire hazard of bed blocking door from opening fully. And then shower was hanging off the wall Dirty sheets and mattress. Asked first night for it to be rectified waited two days. Nothing booked out and they said they would give me £3.71 of. once I rebooked another room with them lol I nway of compensated for the lack of services that was advertised. Booking.com also stated that the 3.71 of my next booking more than fair. Considering I didn’t have a tv or. A shower for my entire stay and had to go to another hotel to use there facilities to bathe. Landlord had aleast 30 hours of time he could have tried to rectify issues he just ignored messages. And refused to answer phone booking.com told me they do not care that the hotel breached covid rules. Fire safety act of 2021. Consumer right. act of 1996. And offers no apologise for my autistic sons holiday being ruined and having to sit in a room with out any facilities not even a tv because it also was not working. We had dirt marks mold in bathroom. No towels on arrival. Booking.com disclosed to me twice on phone calls that this hotel had many reports especially on the same room. But they also refused to reimburse me because they said there offer of 3.71. Of my next booking is fair in there opinion my autistic son is devastated and has not spoken in aleast 24 hours. I’m genuinely disgusted and saddened booking allow such services be advertised on there platform and defend the landlord every step of the way. I will be taking legal action against both for the fire safety breaches and my consumer rights. As I did not receive any of there services advertised on there platform as my toilet couldn’t be used or accessed correctly/ safely. / in line with the fire safety act of 2021 please be careful booking here. The whole place is disgusting. My friend room was also showrtless her blinds broken and her window over looked an all day car park.
