A nice friendly atmosphere from the moment that we checked in. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy and nice sized bed which was comfortable, tea and coffee supplied, we had lovely sea views from the room which also had a beautiful front garden. The breakfast time was between 7.30am - 9.30 each morning with a lovely cooked breakfast and a large pot of tea and also fruit juice, cereals and toast. The bar at the property offer a large range of drinks and reasonable prices. It has been a family run business for many years and they look after their guests. They also have a restaurant but not sure if it’s open everyday but looks good. Forgot to mention that there is an onsite car park and the back of the building. We will definitely return as we like the location.

It is unique. Staying in a lovely building that is also a luxury hotel was just the kind of thing we love. Something different yet not lacking on the luxury of this level of hotel. The room was pristine, it was our anniversary and they setup towel swans and rose petals on the bed. Lovely touch.

Great location and the apartment offered lots of potential. Good sized rooms throughout backed up by secure parking. Meet and greet was OK.

The washing machine broke during the stay leaving us with a load of wet clothes. The waste bin was broken and the bag poorly fitted. The clock was missing a battery. The glass selection was poor, (3 wine of different styles, 2 tumblers and 1 whisky) only 3 large mugs but a lot of medium mugs. The response to call for assistance was ignored and or missed, no voicemail option provided. A response was received after messages had been left via Booking.com.
