  Perfect location for us. We were offered a complimentary drink in their bar/restaurant, as our room wasn’t ready. Room was comfortable and very quiet and there is a complimentary minibar, with soft drinks and some snacks. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

  It is an enormous hotel and initially it was difficult to find our room. Easy to get disoriented. Take extra notice when they advise where your room is.

  Close proximity to town centre only 10 minutes walk The apartment is a good size with good facilities The Renzo group were very helpful and clear in their communication Parking available out the front of the apartment

  On street parking is available in front of the apartment and we elected not to use the car in case we lost our park as day trippers could take our park.

  -The staff were very warm.and friendly.in every department - The Hotel was homely -Big clean rooms -Close to Umderground

  We had a 13 days stay - Water bottles given o py first day on arrival. - No concierge so we had to get the big luggage trolley up to the room and load the luggage ourselves and load in the car - Same on arrival- no bell boy. (The lady Duty Manager helped push the trolley for us) - Room was not made up one day -Vwry Far from the city centre, but the underground made it easy to commute and access all points.
