  There was a construction happening on the street so it was little bit noisy and lots of hills in glasgow! Hotel was nice they dont have slippers in the room so keep in mind if you are using normally

  The lady we met in the bar of the adjacent pub showed us to the room and was there again at breakfast. She was kind and thorough. Breakfast was continental but varied and plentiful.

  I didn’t want to choose breakfast the day before and the breakfast was horrible and cheap, barely any vegetarian options either…I wish we hadn’t bothered at all. The room was like a cupboard with a view of a brick wall, there was an air conditioning unit in there but no way to use it.

  Little things didn’t work…TV had no signal. Not sure if this was connected to the room being in the basement. The standard lamp didn’t work unless the bulb was manually tweaked. When we entered the room…. There was very little Tea & Milk and no shower gel left in the dispenser. We had to call housekeeping to get this corrected.
