We loved it! A bit of a 'ghost hotel' with check in done over the phone, but that suited us just fine. We loved the peace and quiet and the fact we could bring and cook our own food in the ample and very well outfitted kitchen. Beautifully decorated and stunning views! Also they were kind enough to provide us with a late checkout for a smallish fee. We had a fabulous time and hope to come back some day...

Lovely room with beautiful decor and super quiet despite being busy. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and weather was nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the terrace for a pre dinner drink. Delightful

Very clean and well presentable. Close to the place where I needed to be. Staff on hand and friendly and internet good too. Beds although single were fine for the night.

The washing machines/laundry room. I was on first floor and a few rooms away but they had them going late into the night. Perhaps a consideration not to as could easily hear and feel the vibrations.

Basic but adequate rooms. Clean bathroom. The receptionist kindly sorted out the parking for me after I mistakenly paid extra. Great customer service.

Cleanliness, bedroom had a questionable fresh stain on floor, maybe a pet or child had an accident during previous stay?! Though amenities listed they were not in the room. Needed to go to reception to request items. Finding room is like a rabbit warren be nice for someone to show your initially/quickest way, spotted a lot of guests lost! Shower in spa had a mould around the edge and not all lockers worked.

Room 3. The room carpet was threadbare. The toilet had issues with leaking and a tray was placed under the 4” connector to catch water. This room should have been taken out of service. There was no one in reception when I checked out. I sat and waited. However I finally gave up… left the key on the desk and left. I had booked the restaurant for 2, however as it was a nice day, we decided to sit outside. We did not receive the same attention as we would have done if we had sat in the restaurant. I had to fetch our own cutlery and drinks. I asked for the table outside to be cleaned, that didn’t happen.
