The room was one of the most comfortable ones I've ever been in, & everything was spotless. There're plenty of coffee & snacks restocked daily, & they've got all toiletries (even an extra glass for brushing!) covered. The location is superb - right opposite the bus station where the train arrives, & there're plenty of cafes in the area that serve good food. Nicola is a sweetheart & I've spent one of the best nights of my life there.

Nothing at all comes to mind! No elevator though, for those with disabilities - but it wasn't a problem for me.

Absolutely stunning interiors, and very comfortable. So spacious. Had everything you could possibly need. It's in a beautiful tranquil setting, really enjoyed our time here. There's a nice outdoor area. My son appreciated the basketball hoop and TV room area. I would highly recommend. Handy being 10 minute drive to M&S food hall and Aldi.

Nice man at reception, friendly staff. Big enough room, all pretty clean and comfortable. Amazing location in Centre next to station and Hypodrome. Nice foyer etc. Fruit and plain yogurt at breakfast. Offer of poached eggs.

Directions to car parking online were terrible - receptionist agreed. Lots of marks, stains, scuffs on carpet, curtains, bed etc. Cooked breakfast had been there for hours and not replaced/replenished. Coffee not great.

Superbly clean and tidy, staff exceptional, had afternoon tea as a birthday treat for my mum and other family members that weren’t staying at the hotel joined us and we were all treated incredibly well. The food was amazing

Didn't see anyone from the Park... Not a soul. If you have a car and would rather not interact with people... this is a perfect get away.
