Everything was nice, the room, the staff, the lobby, and the breakfast had a large variety of items that were very delicious. Hot foods including different egg dishes, multiple types of roles, croissants and breads, decaf coffee which many places don't have as well as steamed milk, cheeses, fresh deli meats, vegetables, and the list goes on and on. I felt safe in this hotel and it is in a good area.

The location was great, a short walk from Piccadilly station and a minute walk from tram stop. Bed was a little small but comfortable and nice firm pillow. Fan was provided which helps in the summer nights as hotel rooms can get stuffy

We booked a room with a window and we didn't have one, was a tiny opening near the ceiling. I booked a room with a window intentionally as I'm visually impaired and need the extra light. Was nothing like the picture. no ceiling lights, just a couple of lamps. Expensive for a midweek stay in a budget hotel.

Location. Close to town attractions and nearby Snowdonia NP. Easy access from the highway and then parking available. Room access easy with elevator. Dining room above average.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and I had a comfortable time sleeping there. The common area is nice as well, but nothing too special.

The charger area is on the other side of the room, which is not the end of the world, but it's still not very convenient. The bathroom situation isn't great as well, although I must say some reviews here make it seem worse than it actually is.

Everything was better than expected. Quiet, safe, clean and well equipped apartment. Living room has big TV (TV in each room). Air conditioning works well

Suited us for an overnight stay after a flight into Luton. Comfortable, roomy bedroom large ensuite bathroom in our room and use of kitchen if required.

We didn't have a car so needed a taxi to get to airport and a bit untidy in the garden but a work in progress I guess.

The Lodges were very clean and cosy in a beautiful location with brilliant restaurant and bar nearby

We were unable to access the property on arrival. The telephone number provided wasn't connected. Leaving us with our luggage as we went to dinner reservations and our evening out. Two other guests were outside and were also unable to access the property or communicate with the hosts. When we returned at 11.45pm, we had email communication and entered the property found we had no toilet paper or towels, and the room we had booked and paid for had been changed to an entirely unsuitable room. This had a loft, bunk bed type, which we were not made aware of and was unsuitable for our needs. We contacted the hosts who suggested we went to the supermarket and bought toilet roll and would need to wait until the morning for towels. The room was dirty, taps broken and unbearably hot. The fan provided was insufficient and would not have gone up the steep stairs. Had I been able able to get up the stairs to sleep in the first place. The hosts were unhelpful and argumentative. We felt that it was impossible to stay in this apartment and requested a refund. This was declined, despite them being aware that I could not get up the stairs, let alone use the toilet or shower. We we left trying to find alternative accommodation at 1am in the morning, with no support or alternative options. We left this apartment and stayed in a hotel in the next street. Avoid at all costs, terrible experience that has ruined our break in London and an extremely expensive and distressing mistake.
