  The room was clean and well equipped but the TV didn’t work and when enquiring at reception we were told there is a system problem but got no idea as to if and when it would be repaired/ working again. When asked about vegan options for breakfast we were told “ we’ll just leave the meat products off “ in short hotel was good but the staff not so good

  Convenient for work, the Langham Hotel was clean and secure with reliable wifi which allowed me to work in my room. Breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in Northampton for work.

  A little pearl, in the heart of rural countryside on the Isle of Anglesey. A rustic road off the tarmac takes you to a restful land of hoses and birdsong, not a sound of traffic to be heard.

  Nothing. The room was cold and pokey with heating that did not work and an owner that did not care.

  The heating was not working after a cold, wet day. We had to wait for more than half an hour for the owner to return and turn it on. The owner offered us support for a refund should we leave but subsequently refused to do so. Fortunately we found another place to stay with nice owners who had respect for their guests comfort.
