Very high standard flat with all amenities. Beautiful, very clean and well maintained in an absolutely wonderful location. Great contact with the lovely owner of the flat. Everywhere close: shops, DLR, buses and of course unique places to visit! I will definitely return to this place again and would love to stay in the same flat at Chanda's.

I really liked the option to have your own food in fridge etc and to have access to a shared kitchen. The location was excellent for me, close to train station and the centre of town. Staff were helpful, I was able to drop off my luggage early. Room was spacious, with lovely eco toiletries and a nice shower. Bed was comfy.

Despite external appearances the interior - and rooms - are exceptionally well appointed. Food was well-priced and service efficient and friendly. Location couldn’t be more central. Parking is plentiful behind the hotel on private land. Overall excellent value fir money.

The room was a decent size for 2 people. Parking on site was good. The food from the restaurant was lovely and service there was excellent. Breakfast was cooked well and staff were friendly. A nice touch to have gluten free cereal available too.

It was a little disappointing to only get 5 cooked items included in breakfast, unless we wanted to pay extra for more items. (Although continental was available) However, cooked items were lovely.

The room was clean and comfortable , spacious and light , tea and coffee facility, for a short stay it was just fine. The location was perfect for my needs. No breakfast bar but lots of coffee shops very close .

The steep dark stairs could be a problem for many , the reception area was rather cluttered and dark but the staff were friendly and efficient.

After booking the apartment where it says parking on site. The owner is pestering for a parking permit of £40 for the week. We have already paid as per the advert. I do get everyone needs to make money, however this should have been highlighted on booking and included in the cost. Not turn up after paying then people knocking on the door at 10:30 at night. Very disappointing and has made it a very bad experience to deal with.
