We booked this very last minute and they knew we would arrive after midnight. They were so understanding of our situation and helped us out. The hosts were wonderful, we had a nice breakfast and the location is beautiful.

The location of this hotel was brilliant - across the road from a park and a short stroll to the Kelvingrove museum. Little street noise. The shower was a good size and the bed was ok.

Parking was an issue as we had to park in a carpark a couple of streets away for £12. The room was a bit airless and things looked a bit worn. The footpath outside was littered with rubbish.

Room was comfortable and clean with everything you could wish for. Blinds were not the best letting in a lot of light.

Location, couldn’t find it at first as no signage or picture on booking.com to find the building. Back doors were propped open by fire extinguishers, making me feel unsafe as anyone could have access to the property. Was unsure if I could park without paying on the booking it always free but all the signage shows to pay. This could have been clearer.

Not able or easy to open windows - got a bit stuffy. Parking was available but only for two cars. We parked in the street. Not ideal but no problem.

On first entering the hotel there was a very musty smell. The hotel was shabby and very tired, very dated needed a complete revamp will never book again

Be aware nearby subway station has no elevators, can be a problem in case of bags. Its a bit of a walk from station to hotel. I travelled with some family with mobility issues so getting to the hotel from station wasnt as comfortable for them

No decent coffee ie pods. Instant doesn’t cut it. Ever. Shower taps placement meant you got wet, hair included, before you were ready with the right temperature. No shower caps which are really necessary in this situation. Bad . No water in frig.
