Great location and easy to find. Loved the cottage and the welcome pack was much appreciated. High standards throughout, with bed and pillows exceptionally comfortable. Coupled with quiet location great for a good night's rest.

Car parking wanted 12 pounds for what was less than 6 hours . So said I was moving my car onto the road outside as on an industrial estate. Then told no char. No signs saying the costs....so not sure if someone was trying to have some pocket money!!!

We had a problem with a water leak at 9.15pm. It was from a pipe to the air conditioning unit and the carpet became soaked quickly and the carpet in the corridor outside was also becoming wet. The reception staff were good and attentive but the engineer was unable to get there for and hour and a half. He came at 10.45pm ( a little late for 2 tired travellers) and turned the water pipe off. There was no alternative room for us to move to.
