Nice apartment which was value for money. Was clean and had all the facilities we required.

The apartment was quite hot on the whole which made us feel uncomfortable. There was a lot of signage in the apartment of what you could and could not do. Gave the feeling they had previous bad experiences but we were being tarred with the same brush. Did not like that I had to transfer a security deposit of £150 prior to getting check in details. All of these details are mentioned pre booking but I didn’t read this. I have stayed in hotels and having to transfer cash outside of the booking portal does not feel as safe as I like, so due to GDPR my details are then shared.

The noise from wedding and in another review it stated that they put wedding guests in the rooms above the wedding reception we weren’t wedding guests and had to suffer. No walk in shower. The room far too hot. The lifts miles away from room allocated. No one to help with bags. From the lift to the room is a rabbit warren of corridors and no clear signage.

Our mistake for not seeing the no WiFi, it is our fault. But strange for a property not to offer it with international guests (and roaming) and holiday makers trying to figure out steps for sightseeing and logistics, times for restaurants etc.
