Great location! Only a 15 min walk from York centre along the river. The room was clean, tidy, had everything you needed. Bed was so comfortable. Staff were brilliant and helpful. The breakfast was good and really set you up for the day. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views ! Very specious , especially the livingroom and large balcony . The bedrooms are both of a very reasonable size unlike sometimes in apartments one bedroom is obviously different in size ! The host id so kind and polite !

Rooms are very tired and in desperate need of upgrade. I was in room 258 which suffered an awful lot of noise from traffic outside - much better soundproofing required. Shower is tiny and water at such high pressure it's impossible not to flood the bathroom. Perhaps a rainforst style shower head positioned in the ceiling would work better? Carpets were dirty and moth eaten/holey. Bedroom area has no lights, other than bedside or floorstanding lamps- nice in the evening but not practical when you're trying to get ready in the morning. I think this hotel will really struggle once the hotels in the new development are open.

Close enough to Gateshead metro and Saltwell Park. Little to no noise at night.

The appartment and the location is not the booked. We booked the appartment because it is near the Mile End stop bus and metro, so we didn't expect an appartment 1km away, meaning that you need to take another bus or cab and spend more money on it, or walk 25 minutes by night to take the bus to the airport. The room was tiny (10m2) and does not correspond to the images of the booked one. I consider it a scam, be aware.
