- “Everything was perfect: the hotel, the facilities, the staff, the amenities, etc. When we arrived, they made us a free upgrade to our room offering a suite. The room was amazing, large and comfortable spaces, with view in Burj Kalifa. The room was very clean and smelled so fresh and nice. Qasam (the cleaning staff) was excellent and went overboard to his cleaning abilities in order to offer a great experience, while he showed kindness, respect and willingness to help us in everything that we wanted. All the personnel in the hotel were absolutely professionals. A very modern hotel, with a big variety in the breakfast and with all the amenities that someone would need when travelling abroad. Highly recommended and for sure we will come back again if we visit Dubai again. Thank you for this unique experience!”

Loved Anne of Green Gable only few minutes away. BBQ on deck and so relaxing. I would recommend to anyone. You cannot go wrong and can explore so much of island from this beautiful location along with a 10 out of 10 accommodations. Enjoy PEI, we sure did and mainly because we stayed at this location.”

  Cottage was very cosy with all the necessary amenities and more including a washer and dryer. Using the log burner was an experience that my children will never forget, especially as we come from a tropical country. The bedroom on the second floor had a window with a view of a lovely sunrise, a very nice wake-up call. The location placed us an 8 minute drive away from the nearby lighthouse which was fantastic at sunset. We didn't manage to explore the local area much such as Eoropie Beach and Port of Ness which are minute drives away from the cottage as we couldn't get a ferry ticket in time due to an overambitious itinerary. Will certainly come again to visit the missed places in the isles. The amazing host, Iain, also made sure our stay was enjoyable, from the directions to the cottage to the homemade scones for us to enjoy, he has certainly made it a pleasure to stay.

  Good location in London, close to the Underground station. Ok size room. A/C was silent, thanks to the low noise we could keep it on at night, which was good. Ok sound level at night considered we had a window facing the street.

  It was easy to find and in a good location. Close to the river Thames and very central. Only about 10 mins walk from tube and then 45 mins into London.

  There was no lift and we were on the third floor but this want too much of a problem for us as we only had one case but would have been if we had a lot of luggage

  The first room allocated was DIRE Seedy even ! The beds (twin) were shot ! See photo of dead bird (free of charge) outside room window. To be fair after complaining… we were offered an alternative room that had been recently decorated so was clean and had beds with decent mattress’

  I have find Bedbugs in my bed .. apparently the hostel was full, no other bed available, no efforts to accommodate me , I have been told I will get a refund, but Looked like they couldn’t be bothered. So I’m guessing it’s not the first time the issue arise . That’s a biohazard , I should had been refunded on the spot if they couldn’t relocate me as it was 3AM IN THE MORNING!!

  Caravan need maintenance and cleaning, kitchen mat dirty, shower head mouldy, furniture dirty and sagging so very uncomfortable especially for my aged dad, grill on cooker door pin coming away so unsafe to use, in case the door came away, door latch on the side door coming away also, blood on my quilt generally not pleased with the standard, or the size, my dad is 87 and blind and there is no room whatsoever in the bedrooms so it was very traumatic for him.Only redeeming thing was the weather..
