The hotel is in a great location for Heathrow airport. There is lots of parking and the staff are really friendly. There is a swimming pool with sauna, steam room and gym. The rooms are modern, comfortable and offer coffee, fridge, safe, iron and shower gel.

Whilst it was nice to have a swimming pool, this was small and children were dominating it. There is a decent size restaurant, but the menu is very limited, especially for vegetarians. It is also expensive for what it is.

The plugs in the disabled room were hard to reach very low down, and some were behind pieces of furniture. We couldn't get the heating working. The decor could be improved, but absolutely fine for the price.

It was filthy, covered in dog hairand we found a pair of dirty used knickers. We advised the WhatsApp number but they never did anything about it. We was offered a voucher for compensation but as if we will stay with them again.

Toilet was way to tight shoulders touch each wall on either side of you. The seating in the lounge bar was worn and you could feel the springs when sitting down
