Clean, quiet, but near the centre of town. All that was needed for self catering. Very very friendly and helpful staff. I would have liked an upper sheet as it was too warm for duvet but I needed something covering when I threw it off. Very comfortable otherwise.

Comfortable single room with a lovely harbour view. Good bathroom with walk in shower. Evening meal and breakfast were both very good and the service was prompt and friendly. Location is perfect.

The location, village was lovely. The building was quite tired, breakfast very underwhelming and the noise from the kitchen extractors was horrendous

After a very long drive we wanted a peaceful rest but the noise from the kitchen was awful. We complained and were assured it was going off in minutes. Unable to stand it we went for a walk and had dinner. It was still going. We enquired again and was again told it would stop imminently. Eventually at 10.10pm silence! However it began again at 7am Would never stay here again, we couldn’t even sit in our room due to the level of noise. We told staff when we were checking out and they are aware of the issues. The room should come with a warning. The breakfast was poorly presented, not well cooked and very sparse. Smashed avocados should be smashed not avocado paste, the poached egg was undercooked and the sourdough was the smallest piece of toast I have seen. The scrambled eggs on the other hand were overcooked and rubbery. It’s a shame as the venue with some care and consideration be a good spot to enjoy the lovely countryside.

No bedside drawers would ideal 👌 plus only one at one side of the bed but mostly we have loved if those things was able to improve cannot faults your amazing staff in breakfast room also reception especially Laura who helps me on booking.com bless her we definitely be coming again 😀
