The only hotel at T5 Heathrow and after a terrible day, we felt more relaxed and welcomed instantly. We had executive rooms which included lounge access and a larger room. For us, we felt this was worth it. One of the lifts had music quite loud... we found this entertaining and had some fun with it (although others may not feel the same). The staff were friendly.

The executive lounge isn't quite as good as my past experiences in the Hilton exec lounge... mostly due to the variety of what was on offer. The quality of the lounge was great and we did enjoy the different offerings it had.

I was on the fourth floor the windows didn’t close easily, they open fully out and the amount of pressure needed to close them was unbelievable. I have worked in London for over 25 years so have stayed in many hotels, with a rating of 5/10 I didn’t have high expectations, but this place is easily in my top 5 worst hotels I have stayed in. Check-in was painful as it is all done over the phone and then by email. Me and the other two people checking in all found it bad. There was no WiFi . If I had paid £30 for the night I might have been less upset, but it was £120. The room stinks owing to the shower/toilet drain in there. It would probably have been a more pleasant experience sleeping at the tube station.
