Everything about this holiday was exceptional. The owners though were amazing going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed even down to running us to the nearest bus station when the train drivers called a strike. All guests will hav e a brilliant time from accommodation, location and food.

Convenient location, close to 2 tube stops (Whitechapel about 9 minutes walk, and Stepney Green about 6 minutes walk). Window had a blockout curtain which made it easy to sleep. Heating and fan were provided in the room. Kitchen amenities looked great, though we didn't use. Good value for the price

The entry stairs are very steep and shallow, so be aware if you are less able. The floors are creaky and noisy, which can be heard through the thin walls of the room

The location was excellent, staff very friendly, Nice welcome. Given a time of our choice for breakfast. Room large and the bed comfortable. A very good breakfast was served.

Shower over the bath, it was a big step into the bath to use the shower, as we are in our 70's we found this very difficult and had to use the towel rail to hold onto. The TV, the remote was so old you could not see any markings on it, we had difficulty finding stations.

It was a private space. Bedding clean and bed comfortable. Shower was good too. Appreciated the tea / coffee. Access to building was good and great location.

Spacious, traditional hotel supercomfy bed, excellent facilities, central in the city but quiet and peaceful. Staff professionL and helpful. It was perfect.

2nd time stayed here. Location near to underground and Westfield when visiting London.

Breakfast room located in central lobby very tight and ran out of basics after 1 hour. 1st room for family was dusty smell reception changed the room after some push. Unable to open windows throughout all rooms. Hotel needs an upgrade as expensive accommodation for quality offered. .

Location was beautiful , perfect for what I required. Room was very clean.

WiFi didn’t work on any device, I went to reception to check it out and nobody there. Seemed to be a minimal number of staff, nobody on reception when I left either. No room service available. Delivery at 6am woke me up.
