The price, the location the building and beautiful grounds. Welcoming, friendly staff. Great self catering kitchen. We ate in restaurant too, can recommend the scampi and chips, hunters chicken too, delicious. Thank you for a superb stay, will be back one day.

Location was lovely. Host was lovely and welcomed us on arrival and to show us use of the heating system in the property and the pool. The cottage is a beautiful building. Pool was nice.

Unfortunately we found that the cleanliness just did not meet expectations. We found dirty ear cotton buds in the draws of the bedroom and rubbish in the draws of the bedroom. There was hair in the bath and on stripping the beds the mattress cover was full of stains. We also felt that there were not enough facilities in terms of kitchen wear and use. Not enough cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls, glasses. A welcome pack on arrival would have been useful and just the little touches in presentation of the stay were missing. Stated should be to bring own kitchen wear, tea towels, washing up liquid etc - however we felt these things should be provided.

Graet localisation and excellent breakfests in English style. The personel is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean and quite big for English standards.

It was a bit difficult to find information about the public transport in the area - how to get to and from hotel. WiFi was a problematic from time to time.

Had to telephone several times for code to get into room. Was late with the room being available. Had to ask for towels and toilet rolls when we arrived as these had not been provided.

The staff was unaware of the city they were living in, breakfast was frozen food mostly, other guests smoking in their rooms, road to the hotel is via some private community street causing traffic penalties.
