Beautiful! The apartment has everything you need for your stay and is very well equipped! There is a lovely selection of teas and coffees for your arrival which is much appreciated! There are a few stairs to access the apartment, but it's really no more than in your typical home. The apartment is so beautiful and well decorated. It has all the amenities you need and is made even better by the host/owner Joshua who is absolutely amazing. He was the highlight of our stay. He was so helpful, polite and friendly, it was a real pleasure to meet him! This is by far better than any hotel I have stayed in. So much space, full sized lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Loved it! Perfect for visiting London and stopovers for Heathrow. Close to both central London and Heathrow and very easy access to the metro. Thank you for such an amazing stay, we will be back soon!

Pleasant place for our short 2 night stay. Good choice of evening meals (and many with smaller portion option) - steak pie and lasagne were both delicious; ditto the cooked breakfasts. Restaurant and bar very reasonably priced. Welcoming staff.

Exceptional, anther night of tranquillity with my wife and friends. Walks in peaceful town, pubs and restaurants of your choice, then returned and made cocktails in the apartment all the tools available and ice cubes. Perfect from every angle.

We had a great time, as the location was A1. The room is spacious and clean. Property needs a good overall and it could be such an amazing place. I would love to return in 6 months, to see what the new owners have done.

The location was fantastic - right on the high street but with little to no noise. Gary and Ben were great in ordering some treats to celebrate my partners birthday. The bed was also incredibly comfortable.

We were a little disappointed that we could not store our luggage anywhere ahead of our 15:00 check-in. Given that we were not granted access to the room before 15:00 and were requested to leave by 11:00, not providing some form of storage option was frustrating.

Lift out of order. No hairdryer in room, although Idid not go and ask for one, so perhaps this could have been rectified. Breakfast area had tables - the majority of which needed clearing. 2 staff on busy discussing previous reviews by other customers. They did not explain how Breakfast worked, had to try to find our own table and then help ourself from the trays. Had to ask for tea and coffee, no milk brought. On asking for milk a member of staff went to a dirty table waiting to be cleaned and brought the small jug of milk from there to our table. They spent all of our time having breakfast chatting about how hard worked and understaffed they were , which whilst I sympathise with might have been better received if I saw them clearing tables and ensuring the customers had a pleasant breakfast service.

We were hopeful the hotel would contact to resolve this prior to leaving a review - but no. My family came to stay May 2024 and paid £315 for the night. The room was not at all in good condition, the bedding didn't fit, there was screws on the wall with nothing hanging on them, doors wouldn't close unless slammed, this the family just carried on with, however during the night the lamp started to peel, this was left on for my grand daughter, as you can see from the photo this must be due to over heating and also note the plug condition, the lamp had not been on for long before this all begun. There are plug sockets half way up the wall with trailing wires again not ideal with children around. I would question the whole hygiene element of the mattresses and pillows. I called the next day and spoke with Anthony who said management would be in on Monday to speak to, I have called Mon Tues & Wed and no management EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE IN. I spoke with a lady called Margaritte ( or similar to this) who said she was sorry I was misled and that management do not come in at set times and all complaints have to be dealt with via email. I explained I have emailed numerous times and told no refund or partial refund would be given. We were asked why we hadn't notified housekeeping, given it was daft o'clock and knowing there was no other family rooms the family remained. We were basically told this was untrue and that there were, this I know is incorrect as we called the day before and was told there was no other family rooms as we had others who wanted to book. To prove I hadn't misheard I called and spoke with Anthony on Monday and asked can you confirm if you had any spare family rooms on the Saturday night to which he confirmed they had been all booked out. I cannot understand why management don't want to speak on the phone and would rather wait until it is escalated resulting in this review. On a positive the food is fabulous.
