Lovely property in a peaceful location with easy access from the motorway. The host Brendan met us at the property and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. A nice welcome pack of Bread, Milk,water etc was also provided. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable although small. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet and the seeting really picturesque. Just a short walk from the tube station.

Location and outlook, living area and kitchen and bathrooms.

No storage areas (chest of drawers) in either bedroom. Second bedroom too small for a double bed. Skylight in second bedroom requires a blind. For two couples staying, like us, one key is inadequate. When outside window open, a strong smell of "weed" being smoked from area below. No dustbins in immediate area from apparment block. Access roads to appartment blocks unfinished with raised manhole covers.

Locked door and no staff on Sunday evening and Monday morning. No breakfast although pre-booked and pre-paid. Food deliveries outside kitchen door in sun on Monday morning. Bath very difficult for both myself and husband (getting 2nd knee replacement soon) to get in and use.

The front door was hard to open. All the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were very thin. We didn't get any sleep. The grass also needed cutting.

Not all rooms are equal, have stayed in the upper floor rooms and they are quiet and peaceful. But noticed that other floors are not as quiet or generous. Just a note when booking .
