This is such a great hotel and place to stay. Excellent parking, wonderful staff, food was excellent, bed was so comfortable and I slept like a log. Breakfast was so good and bacon was cooked to perfection. I still think about that bacon! Overall a brilliant place to stay and highly recommended. Staff totally excellent and loved my stay here.

Location is excellent we can go every tourist spot within 15mins even we have 3 kids and a baby. Everything’s well prepared, cleaned and good quality for us. It exactly the same as what we saw in the photo. The guide sent by Chris was very informative. Price was reasonable enough and self pay car park was just in the corner.

The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Shame there was no fresh coffee, especially decaf. In 2024 shame that we only got to have powdered coffee, very disappointed.

1. The bed was stupidly small for 2 adults, my kid at home has a bigger bed!! We had a terrible night's sleep. Couldn't wait to come home. Even considered not staying the second night. 2. The room felt claustrophobic and there was no view. Windows small and not pleasant experience. Would not recommend or return

The property has obviously been going through a refurbishment. Carpet was new, shower was good, bed very comfortable. Tracy was very friendly and a good breakfast

It is on a main road so bit noisy but I was so tired it didn’t bother me but be prepared if you are a light sleeper

The staff were amazing super helpful and friendly seemed happy to be at work which is so refreshing.

The actual bedrooms are a little rough around the edges, and not as pictured on the website e.g. no scatter cushions, throws etc.

Room very hot and widow did not have catch to lock open. Lots of stairs and I have knee injury but I did not specify I needed accessible room
