Rooms were very basic. Air conditioning didn't seem to work. Bathroom wasn't very private as you could hear the person using the bathroom and it was very small.

Hotel was very dated and had a funny smell. Only saw one member of staff the whole weekend and that was when we checked in. Rooms looked nothing like on the website, dated cheap furniture, wallpaper peeling off the walls, showed tea and coffee facilities in the rooms there were none. Bathroom window broken wouldn't close properly. Advertised on site parking, got there only 4 spaces all taken.Had to park in pay n display cost £20 for 2 night additional cost i wasnt expecting to have to pay. Breakfast £10 extra never told or offered breakfast, but lovely cafe at bottom of road and cheaper.

It had an ant problem inside. We did report it and they got back to us immediately. I know it’s not an immediate resolution but I’m confident they’ll be working on it.

Our room was like a furnace, far too hot couldn’t sleep was so hot…..For the cost of the 2 night stay at least SPA or full Breakfast menu should be included but it’s not , family SPA times are not the best either, value for money isn’t great at this hotel …..all your paying for is the nice view…..too many added extra expense that are always included at higher end hotels throughout the world I’ve been.
