Positive section of review
Exceptionally clean, great location, short walk to amenities, ample cost free parking, comfortable well equipped rooms and very spacious, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge and daily bottled water supplied. Views from the junior suites are excellent. Breakfast was exceptional and cooked to your individual likes, ample quantities, and all brought to you by really helpful, pleasant smiling staff, who obviously enjoy their work. We would have absolutely no qualms in recommending this gem to anybody.

Some may find the steps to the front entrance a problem if disabled in any way. However, there is another entrance at the rear which is virtually level. However I would not say I didn’t like this about the property, And the staff were more than happy to assist in any way they could.

Lovely location. Excellent good sized room, with comfortable beds, large bathroom. Good linen & towels etc. Drinks facilities very good. Excellent choices for full breakfast, brought to room. Excellent, very friendly hosts. One of best ever B&B’s l have used.

I liked the room and the facilities. View was reasonable. The hotel is in a good location. Would like there to be drinks already in the fridge (is there scope for a fridge of prearranged drinks? complimentary water, drinks already in fridge that can be charged, etc.)

I do remember my first stay at this hotel having drinks already in the fridge. This was pre-COVID and cost of living so I understand, I'm just being pedantic and thinking of the little details.

It was okiessss stay!! We still have to pay for the parking on top of the booking a room few!! Which was i was not happy with at all but yeah whatever, staff was very helpful. Horrible location. Wasn’t even able to find for few mins all road around was closed.

Clean and well appointed chalet in idyllic setting. Friendly and non-interfering hosts. Great communication, which meant arranging arrival was completely painless. Parking on site.

Room was quite bare bones for the price. View from the room was pretty bad. Canary wharf is not a great location for a personal trip as we had to take train always to get somewhere, will choose more closer to Paddington next time. Was also a challenge to get from Elizabeth line to this place.

Air con was very noisy and minimal tea and coffee suplies. Reception staff doing a shift change over at 3.00 o, clock, when most people are trying to check in, so process was a bit slow.

The bar staff are really not very attentive - it’s over priced and frustratingly slow. This has happened consistently on stays so defo not a one off .
