  Great location and well resourced accomodation. The addition of cereal, biscuit, coffee, tea and jam samples was a nice touch. Clean, modern amenities.

  The additional cost of £3 per bathroom towel. For our family of 5 Australians meant an extra $30 aus......could almost buy towels for that. Which we did investigate.

  The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean, the staff were very professional, the view from the back of the hotel was amazing.

  I didn't enjoy the drive up to the hotel or the drive down from the hotel and that would probably influence my choice of hotel next time. I don't think the hotel can do anything about this, but perhaps a one way system would be good - one road in and one road out. I met a lorry on my way down, which I was dreading would happen. It happened.

  The bathroom, the towels were new and fluffy and there was good shower.

  We were in a tiny attic room 17, with many flights of stairs, I asked for a room lower down as I found the stairs difficult but was told no other room available. Room was cramped and bed up against the wall.
