sea view room with loads of extra touches that made it worth the extra money compared to other rooms within the hotel or nearby hotels. Mini fridge with complimentary bottled water, and milk, plus tassimo hot drinks machine, kettle, good Quality toiletries, Ironing board, robes, slippers, 42 inch Freeview TV a 2 person seating area and binoculars..

Lovely Bed and Breakfast within easy reach on foot from the centre of Stratford. Martin and Maria, are entirely devoted to their guests and it is a real pleasure to stay amidst a quiet and beautiful garden. Nice breakfast and room equipments. Private (and free !) parking space provided in front of the building. A place to stay !

Nice, comfortable place to stay. Very good if you’re travelling on a budget. Free parking and wifi as well which is nice. Also, the staff are kind and the room service was quite quick.

The only bad thing was the water pressure in the bath, as it took a very long time to fill up and the temperature wasn’t that hot either. Other than that, everything else was very good and clean.

I wasn't going to write this review but I keep getting promoted to do so. I am sorry to mention this here as I did message the host directly (to which he did reply), but I feel the need to be completely honest. The check in time for our stay was at 3pm, however we arrived at 6pm (by choice), but the washing machine was still on and had a three hour time duration until it was due to stop. It was noisy and disrupted our peace - for what was supposed to be a quiet and relaxing weekend away. We found a dead bug on the sofa, so it could do with a deep clean and better cleanliness. Can I suggest a few personal touches such as having a corner lamp in the lounge area or a candle etc, instead of a massive plant taking up so much floor space. All in all, the apartment is perfectly fine for a short stay or getaway at Leeds Docks.

The property was very tired and needs a complete refurbishment, sofa should be replaced. The plumbing in the main bathroom needs attention, there is a blockage in the pipework,the water takes a long time to clear. The steps leading to the property could be a challenge to people with walking difficulties.

Telly remote totally outdated ca t see any of the controls bed was half made as pillows n towels were left on side forgotten to out on im assuming but its perfect for yourself
