We stayed in balcony room overlooking street which was lovely and where, because of some outstanding weather, we could enjoy afternoon tea.. We had dinner one evening and full breakfast daily - all the food was excellent although I felt dinner slightly overpriced. Found all service from reception onwards excellent including our departure where we had a number of pieces and were assisted by a very nice doorman [name unfortunately not obtained].

There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky I found the bath slightly difficult to exit given the the fixed shower screen.

Perfectly located in the cathedral quarter of Belfast, lots of bars, pubs and restaurants around the corner. Small supermarket right next to the hotel. Rather small but clean and modern room with ensuite bathroom/shower. Astonishingly quiet. Do-it-yourself breakfast is very basic and more reminiscent of a youth hostel. Still, very good value for money.

Second visit. Great little place to stay. Clean and tidy. Nice kitchen. Quiet little private outside area, we were lucky with the weather. It is a nice little suntrap. Close to shops and pub. Great walk along the Riverside right by the property. Owners are friendly and on hand if you should need anything.

The apartment is fabulous and Alex was so good with his communication regarding anything you needed to ask him. Everything you need is in the apartment for a comfortable stay. There is nothing to dislike about this place. We had a great time .

Location perfect for an onward flight from Heathrow. Staff were very helpful Bus connection to Heathrow just outside. Great pub opposite No noise from overhead planes gave us a good night's sleep

The location is unbeatable! And the host was really welcoming and helpful. The flat was beautiful, clean, and the bed / bathroom really comfortable. Highly recommended!

Location was nice the house was very fancy looking it had a balcony. Key collection was easy at a store 5-6 min away from the house.

Since it is managed by third party company, it is really tough to get in touch with managers of property. they do not pick up the call and emails are responded to very slowly. they charge an insanely high deposit (500£) and they cut 100£ for us without proper explanation or receipt of why

The location was good, very close to Stratford station which helped me get to work easily. The bed sheets and bathroom were clean.

Way too expensive given the size of the room, however I can understand the price was more for the location than the bedroom. Just a note for housekeeping: the table tops were extremely dusty.
