Amazing location with great transport links and amenities. Loved the open spaces filled with greenery! The flow of the apartments, the aesthetics - real thought had been put into it all. We had done the online check in before arrival which made actual check in pretty seamless! Just had to double check and pay. The £40 woof package is extra cute too! The bandana is beautiful! I loved the doggy Polaroids in the lift (was hoping our pooch could get one but wasn’t offered boo) and the workshops/classes! Unfortunately we came after they’d all commenced but a great idea. Theres also a yoga mat in your room! Loved the giraffe trail too! You absolutely must try the pork crackling at The Astronomer 11/10!! Everything is so clean. The area really is like a piece of art. We felt like we was living in 2030! Looks like the futuristic drawings but actually in real life!

The parking was really tight with the concrete posts, not many normal car parking spaces for Locke (the other side was for electric and didn’t want to block those). Someone had parked over the line too on one of the spaces. It would’ve been nice if a space was reserved with a sign. I noticed this happened for the one disabled spot. The chairs cushions on the terrace could be stored inside instead of left out as they were soaked and discoloured. This isn’t a dislike this is just an idea for the kitchen cupboards to have shelves inside as there was empty space that could’ve been filled with the things we had brought with us.

Location was good for us as we were visiting family in the area and close to motorway links to get to other places. Heating was good. Had appliances etc to enable home cooking etc. Had good wifi.

The shower is painfully slow with very low pressure that was reported to owner on first day we arrived. Toilet seat hanging off. Very dirty property and not as good as it looked on the online photos. Expensive cost for the quality of property that we got.

Hotel needs redecorating, wallpaper peeling off, signs have missing letters, rooms were filthy, stains on sheets, headboard had dirty stains, lights in room were really dim you can hardly see at night. There was mould all over the windows. The staff as we arrived didn’t even give us the time of day he just quickly checked us in and got rid of us a quick as possible so much so that I could hardly understand what he said as he rushed so much. When we spoke the the reception later to check out the staff had his EarPods in, didn’t give eye contact and hardly said much I thought it was really unprofessional having a front desk staff having his EarPods in while we are talking. The breakfast was the most overpriced thing I’ve ever had in my life. It was the smallest portion, frozen poor quality food. The staff was surprised and looked disgusted that I’d asked for orange juice rather than tea or coffee, the coffee was the worst I’d I’ve tried, it tasted a mix of tea and coffee probably where they haven’t washed the pot correctly. Really really disappointed.

Room was cold Shower or wet room was not great, shower had no real power and height could not be adjusted. Shower curtain broken, wet room very wet so if wanted to used the toilet had to step over puddles of damp. No tea or coffee...may have been an over sight on my side but was expecting at least the basics
