I loved how clean the place was and had everything we needed for use for our short stay which was very convenient The host was so kind as we found out upon arrival that he had upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend staying at Greenhead central . We sure will be for our stays in the future .

The cottage we stayed in was neat and tidy, the suite was a bit 'tired' but appreciated the bix of chocolates left for us and milk bikkys and tea making facilities. Beds were clean and very comfortable and shower was fine. The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly!

As i mentioned, the sofa was very tired and needed a few scatter cushions also if there were a couple of sun chairs would be nice to sit out in the front. Would deffo recommend!

This was a birthday treat for my daughter and her partner for his birthday. The hotel made it really special with a card, chocolates and a small bottle of fizz. Such tokens really make a big difference and were really appreciated!

The breakfast was really nice, the room was absolutely lovely had everything we could have wanted we stayed particularly for an event which was great the entertainment was amazing and the bar staff were very pleasant

During breakfast the waiter did burp very loudly a few times as my partner and I were trying to enjoy our food. I just feel the manners of the staff should have been a lot better as they work in a professional environment. Also while we were in the restaurant there was a lot of staff swearing which I thought was inappropriate as it’s not what people are wanting to hear

The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to Eltham train station and Eltham town centre. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable

Overall, everything was great. There was only one towel provided which for a solo traveller was fine but would be tricky for couples. Some of the kitchen utensils could do with an update but again, that is the smallest of niggles. There were plenty of glasses and mugs, so nothing was amiss or lacking.

The aircon in the room didn't seem to be working correctly and room was very hot. At a price of over 500 for a room I would expect it to be working as it should.

The only thing I would say is the size if you are clostraphobic wouldnt suit you. I am a bit but we kept door open. If its only somewhere to lay your heaf ideal. Wouldnt stay here for more than a night because of the size.
